Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our service, for example with parts suppliers or delivery providers to fill your order (without your mobile opt-in data), with service providers that help us run our business (such as our phone/SMS, email, payment, and hosting providers) who may use it only to provide those services to us, or when required by law.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are delivered through WhatsApp, a messaging service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., which acts as our messaging provider.
If you use the live chat on our website, your chat messages, any photos you attach, and basic technical data (such as browser type, approximate location based on your IP address, and the page you were on) are stored on our own chat service, hosted by Cloudflare, so that we (including our automated assistant) can reply to you. Chat messages and photos are deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
